Baste the turkey every so often with the pan mixture. To make the gravy, strain the pan drippings into a bowl, then melt the butter and stir in the flour. Add the drippings and cook for 2 minutes until thickened.
Cranberry conserve Ingredients: 1 cup of cranberry juice 1 cup of sugar 1 orange zest 4 cups of fresh or frozen cranberries 1 cup of dried cranberries.
Directions: Mix the cranberry juice with the sugar and the zest, then bring to a boil. Stir until the sugar dissolves. Add in all of the cranberries, then cook on medium heat for about 10 minutes. Try crushing the cranberries against the side of the pan as you stir. Transfer the mixtrue into a bowl, then take out the orange zest and let it cool.
