Does Jostens use real diamonds?

It depends on the ring. Jostens makes many of the Super Bowl rings and those are made with real diamonds.

Does Jostens replace lost rings?

Jostens will cover a standard lost or stolen ring upon written request for replacement within 4 years of the original shipping date. Customers have a one-time opportunity to replace jewelry at a reduced cost. Standard and Extended protection does not cover Military and Pro Championship or specialty and custom rings.

Does Jostens resize rings?

Yes! Jostens rings may be resized for free if in resizable condition.

Does Jostens keep records?

They keep records for 4 years unless an Extended Warranty is purchased, in which case they keep the records until the end of the warranty.
